You never know when disaster may strike. You may find yourself separated from family or be incapacitated in the blink-of-an-eye. Complete a card for each family member and place in wallets, purses, inside your child’s backpack, and even safety-pinned to the baby’s stroller.

Survival tip: In addition to carrying your card, program into individual cell phones your emergency contact numbers saved under the acronym “ICE” – In Case of Emergency. First Responders are trained to look for these numbers.
