Evictions

BY AGREEMENT OF PARTIES

TEXAS JUSTICE COURT RULES OF COURT 510.7(C)
Limit on Postponement. Trial in an eviction case must not be postponed for more than 7 days total unless both parties agree in writing.

Do not contact the court by phone for a postponement. It is not a lawful or acceptable method to request a continuance, and will therefore not be considered.
