The Civil/Family File Desk located in the George L. Allen Sr. Courts Building will be closed to in-person services on Fridays beginning Friday, May 13, 2022. Filing by mail and e-filing are always accepted. For emergency orders please call (214) 653-7301.

 

 

The Office of Court Administration announces the launch of its citation by publication public internet website. OCA developed the website pursuant to Senate Bill 891 (86th Legislature, RS). Citations and other related public or legal notices required by law to be posted on the website can only be entered into the system by a district or county clerk or court staff.  Uploaded documents are fully searchable by the public.
