November 14, 2023 A look at cases recently prosecuted by the Dallas County Criminal District Attorney's Office. | November 9, 2023 Dallas County Criminal District Attorney John Creuzot is pleased to announce a Dallas County jury has found Nestor Hernandez, 31, guilty of capital murder for the shooting deaths of Jacqueline Pokuaa and Katie Annette Flowers on October 22, 2022, at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. Hernandez received an automatic sentence of Life in Prison without the possibility of parole. | November 1, 2023 The Dallas County Criminal District Attorney’s Office has received multiple reports about unsuspecting members of our community getting calls from people claiming to be an investigator with our office telling them there is a warrant for their arrest that will need to be paid immediately or the victim will be arrested.
