Assumed Name Certificates And Assumed Name Certificate Withdrawals:

  • An Additional Fee Of $2.00 Is Charged For Each Certificate (If All Parties Are Present With I. D.) For The Purpose Of Taking Acknowledge Before A Deputy Of The County Clerk's Office.
If Mailed In For Recording, A Self Addressed Stamped Envelope Is Required For The Return Of The File-Stamped Duplicate Copy.

**Tax Certificates Issued Through A Tax Service Are Not Acceptable For Recording.**

Requirements:Two Black Lines Are Required. One Must Have All Original Signatures For Recording. The Second Copy Will Be Forwarded To The Appraisal District. All Duplicate Copies Will Be Clocked In At The Time Received Only.

All Signatures Must Be Acknowledged. The Plat Must Be Approved By The City Secretary, Or City Planning And Zoning Commission.

Performance Bond, Payment Bond And A Contract: (Filed As Separate Documents)
  • $26.00 For The First Page, $4.00 Per Page That Follows On Both The Payment Bond And The Performance Bond.
  • $28.00 For The Contract. This Office Will Keep The Contract, Please Send A Copy.
