General Information:

Each individual appearing before the court shall be limited to a maximum of three minutes. Maximum discussion on any one topic shall be limited to 30 minutes regardless of the number of speakers and each speaker shall be limited to one appearance in any calendar month.

The deadline to register to speak is Monday at 4 p.m. the day before Tuesday’s court.

Meeting Information:

Commissioners Court meets twice monthly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday, except for July which meets only on the 1st Tuesday of the month.
