STRUCK-OFF PROPERTIES
Select properties not sold at the Tax Sale auction are struck-off and sold by Dallas County. Dallas County will periodically announce the sale of these properties by sealed bid on this site and in the Daily Commercial Record as they become available. The specific instructions for submitting a sealed bid will be posted at bid opening.

RE-SALES PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS
Dallas County partners with several taxing entities via InterLocal Agreement, to act as trustee on their behalf for the resale of struck-off properties. Participants include the following cities and independent school districts:
** Contact each city for property zoning information, and releases of weed and demolition liens on tax foreclosed properties. **
NEW: SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY TO OWNER OF ABUTTING PROPERTY
- located within FEMA designated flood zone of 2% or greater chance of annual flooding (AE), and in the floodway;
- landlocked without direct access to public road; and
- a narrow strip of land, or irregular shaped parcel of land, or small area which cannot be used independently under its current zoning classification or under applicable subdivision or other development ordinances.
