MCIP 7th Call Application Forms

MCIP 7th Call for Projects applicants (cities) must complete, for each project, the following MCIP Project Application Form, which includes the MCIP Project Eligibility Requirements and a link to the subsequent Technical Details for Proposed Project Form. These two forms can be accessed by clicking the MCIP Project Application Form link below.

The Pre-Screening form is an optional tool to provide applicants with guidance on identifying and submitting potential MCIP candidate projects. This form introduces the criteria categories used to evaluate projects and provides an estimate of the general quality of a candidate project. The results of this worksheet are not a final indication of the outcome of project funding selections.

After completing the MCIP Project Eligibility Form, applicants should proceed to the next page to complete a full project application. If any of the eligibility answers do not meet the current requirements, applicants are requested to contact Dallas County for further guidance. Projects may be submitted under one or more project scoring categories:

  • Roadway Capacity & Connectivity
  • Bicycle/Pedestrian
  • Safety
  • Innovation & Alternative Mobility Solutions
