Dallas County Health and Human Services offers vaccinations to adults for routine immunization and foreign travel. Foreign travelers, please visit: CDC's traveler's health page to find out which vaccines are recommended for your country of travel. The clinic opens from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and is located in Room 141 on the first floor of the DCHHS building at 2377 N Stemmons Freeway Dallas, TX 75207.
Appointments are not required:
DCHHS charges a $25 administrative fee per patient for their first time visit, plus the cost of the needed vaccines. Payment of the administrative fee is made once a year.
A $5 fee is assessed for the replacement of missing shot records. International travel cards cost $5.
