The Federal and State Single Audit Report is prepared in accordance with the compliance requirements described in the U.S. Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133 Compliance Supplement and in the State of Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards that are applicable to each major Federal and Texas program.

The object of this audit is to provide assurance as to the management and use of Federal and State of Texas financial assistance received by Dallas County.
