Exectutive Committee

Meets on the first Monday of each month at 3 P.M.

• Insures the orderly & integrated progression of work performed by the committees of the Councils.
• Includes a membership of the Chairperson & Vice Chairperson of the Council & the Chairs of each standing committee.

Nominations Committee

Meets on the first Monday of each month, following the Executive Committee meeting, when/or as vacancies occur on the Planning Council.

• In collaboration with the Chief Elected Official (CEO), oversees an open nominations process.
• Is chaired by the Chairperson of the Council.
• Includes a membership of a representative of the CEO’s office, a representative from the Administrative Agency, the Vice Chair of the Council and the Chairs of each standing committee.
