A four–mile hard-surface ADA trail begins at and loops through the Preserve and continues to Trinity View Park.

History:

This was one of the first preserves acquired by Dallas County.  It was chosen because of its location on the Elm Fork of the Trinity River and its relation to both Mountain Creek and Bear Slough.
