
Traci Enna

Traci was born and raised in Dallas County and began her career with Commissioner Mike Cantrell in 1985. She has had the privilege of working within Dallas County government through the Justice of the Peace Court and now the Commissioner's office. Traci is married and enjoys watching her son and daugther play a variety of sports. She is responsible for the coordination between the cities in District 2 and the Department which include major transportation projects, parks and trails, and a variety of other projects.

Kristi Padon

Kristi grew up in the Dallas area and began her career with Commissioner Mike Cantrell in 1989. She has had the privilege of serving the constituents of Dallas County through the Justice of the Peace Court and now the Commissioner's office. Kristi is the proud mother of two grown sons and is currently working towards earning her Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. |

 Amy Mueller Executive Assistant |
Amy started with Commissioner Mike Cantrell in December of 2011. Amy handles all the community service affairs.
Her education includes Bishop Lynch High School and the University of Mississippi where she joined Kappa Alpha Theta and Alpha Kappa Psi. Amy also spent one summer session at the Lorenzo de Medici in Florence, Italy.
Outside of her daily duties at Dallas County she is a member of the following groups -Junior League of Dallas; Dallas Safari; Daughters of the Republic of Texas; and Daughters of the American Revolution. |

 Cole Leonard Executive Assistant |
Cole attended Texas A&M University-Commerce earning a degree in Journalism and Public Relations. His interests in public policy and communication afforded him the opportunity to work as an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. as an undergraduate. He now enjoys employing his love of research and writing in assisting Commissioner Cantrell with his communication efforts.

 Phylis Vermillion Senior Secretary |
Phylis has dedicated almost 30 years to Dallas County working in the tax office, Justice of the Peace Courts, Constable’s office, and most recently with former Commissioner Dickey before joining Commissioner Cantrell’s office. Phylis has a deep, extensive knowledge of county infrastructure, programs, administration, and services which makes her a wonderful asset and vital resource to the office.

 Mitch Lay Project Manager |
Mitch Lay began working for Dallas County in 2001. He grew up in Dallas and is a graduate of Eastfield College and a Military Veteran. Mitch is married and is a proud grandfather of two. Mitch is responsible for all of the unincorporated areas in District 2 and works diligently to resolve constituent concerns. He is also the liasion between our office and the Dallas County Public Works Department on current and future projects as well as with the cities in District 2 on potential partnerships. |
