Addison's neatly-designed trail system, which presently contains 3.3 miles and connects with an elementary school and a major DISD athletic facility, is located just south of Beltline Road between Midway Road and Marsh Lane.  Much of the trail, because of its width, is better suited for the walker and the runner.  It is in the process of being extended to the south with the completion of the Vitruvian Park mixed-use development and with the upcoming construction of an extension to Brookhaven College.
