Telephone and in-office counseling regarding problems in tenant/landlord housing
with mediation and referrals. Holds Wednesday evening and Saturday morning
workshops with counselors and lawyers to help with housing problems, including
Spanish language counselor; provides associate seminars for social service
agencies and apartment managers to broaden their understanding of housing issues
and encourage cooperative efforts. Provides speakers bureau and low income
housing tours. Publishes a quarterly newsletter on tenant issues and a handbook
on tenant rights.
