COURT ORDER: Authorizing the County Treasurer to transfer funds and/or issue described Dallas County checks or authorized Payroll Direct Deposits for the period of April 1, 2011 through April 30, 2011.

COURT ORDER:  Accepting payment of $3,607.55 from Standard Insurance Company for their insured, Amy Hitt, as settlement of property damage sustained by Dallas County on or about February 1, 2011, and authorizing the County Judge to execute any and all documents approved by the District Attorney's Civil Division to effectuate this settlement.

COURT ORDER:  Authorizing Progressive Insurance Company to be paid a total of $852.26 as full and final settlement by the County of Dallas, Texas for property damage as a result of an accident on or about January 12, 2011, and authorizing the County Treasurer to release said check to an employee of the Civil Division of the Dallas County Criminal District Attorney's Office.

COURT ORDER: Authorizing PHH Vehicle Management Services LLC to be paid a total of $2,097.22 as full and final settlement by the County of Dallas, Texas for property damage of their vehicle as a result of an accident on or about December 20, 2010, and authorizing the County Treasurer to release said check to an employee of the Civil Division of the Dallas County Criminal District Attorney's Office.

COURT ORDER:  Appointing/Re-appointing Sharon Barbosa-Crain to the Dallas County Child Welfare Board for a two (2) year term, effective March 29, 2011 through January 31, 2013.

COURT ORDER: Approving the amended Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) ARRA Weatherization Assistance Program contracts with Dallas County and the cities of Balch Springs/Hutchins, Carrollton, Dallas, Garland, Grand Prairie, Irving, Mesquite, and Richardson, as outlined, and authorizing the County Judge to electronically sign the amended contracts on behalf of Dallas County.

COURT ORDER: Approving The University of Texas at Arlington School of Nursing Agreement with Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS), to provide a clinical setting for nursing students in the field of public health, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the contract and all related documents on behalf of Dallas County.

COURT ORDER: Approving the Lease Agreement with Marcer Investments, LLC, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the agreement and all related documents on behalf of Dallas County.

COURT ORDER: Approving the release of the February 2011 (final) reimbursement payment to Heartline Ministries Restore Hope (HMRH).

COURT ORDER: Approving the Juvenile Department’s request to host the 11th Annual Conference on the Treatment of Juveniles with Sexual Behavior Problems scheduled for May 5-6, 2011; authorizing the Dallas County Auditor to utilize project account No. 94022 for accepting registration fees and paying all expenses associated with the conference; and that any funds remaining after payment of all expenses shall be utilized by the Juvenile Department to pay costs associated with staff development, training, or the purchase of supplies, materials or equipment for the department’s training or Psychological Services Units.

COURT ORDER: Recognizing the award for Item numbers 8 (Uvex Astrospec 3000 Series Spectacles) and 72 (Polyethylene Siphon Pump - 2 inch) of Bid No. 2011-033-5419, Annual Contract for the Purchase of Protective Equipment, to Aramsco, Inc., (lowest bidder) for the period of March 21, 2011 through March 20, 2012, in accordance with the terms, conditions and pricing set forth, and authorizing all County documents/payments to reflect accordingly.

COURT ORDER: Authorizing the City of Dallas, as Trustee, to solicit sealed bids, and consent to sale of listed tax foreclosure properties to the highest bidder even if the bid tendered is less than the market value of the land specified in the judgment or the total amount of the judgment.
