Kimberly Blackburn-Martinez

Kimberly Blackburn-Martinez is the executive director for the local non-profit, Dispute Mediation Service.  She has been actively involved in alternative dispute resolution since 1986.  She brings over 25 years of administrative and operational experience to the Dispute Resolution Systems Board, much of that working with under-served and disadvantaged populations.  Ms. Martinez has served as board member on several state-wide boards and holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas State University.
