Employee Benefits Meeting Schedule

The Human Resources/Civil Service Department is pleased to provide this resource to assist you, our employees, with your planning and preparation for Open Enrollment for Plan Year 2015. On this web page, you will find information on: (1) what you need to do prior to enrolling and (2) any 2015 plan changes. We encourage you to spend time closely reviewing the general information and plan changes before you enroll. By preparing for your enrollment, your experience will be fast and easy!

Open Enrollment gives you the annual opportunity to
make changes to your benefit elections.

WHEN:  November 1st - November 17th, 2014
HOW:  Online via ESS (Employee Self Service)

Beginning on November 1, 2014, you will be able to make changes on-line by utilizing ESS. Changes to medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, smoker’s preference, long term care, etc. After November 17th, you’ll need to contact Human Resources to make corrections until November 21st.

Any changes you make during Open Enrollment
will take effect January 1, 2015.

Important Note: The Human Resources/Civil Service will require all employees adding dependents during Open Enrollment to provide valid proof of eligibility by November 21, 2014.
