  1. First aid kit sized to meet the needs of your family
  2. Small tool kit
  3. Flashlight
  4. Extra batteries
  5. ABC Fire Extinguisher
  6. Blanket or sleeping bag
  7. Booster cables
  8. High-energy food bars
  9. Drinking water
  10. Flares or other emergency markers
  11. Spare tire and complete jack system
  12. Waterproof matches & candles
  13. Warm clothing

Survival tip: Keep your gas tanks at least half full. Don’t store gasoline. Write down the license numbers of each vehicle along with make and model and record the information in your Emergency Communications Plan
