At this time, fine and court cost balances are not available online.  For information on felony case balances, you must call our Felony Collections Dept. during regular office hours at 214-712-3088.  Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Per Court Order, you are to report to the Felony Collections Dept. within 5 days of your sentencing and/or release from jail. You will be interviewed by a Felony Collections Officer. If you need to make arrangements to pay your fine and costs in installments, you will expedite this process by bringing the completed application with you.  You may obtain the Application for Payment Extension from the following downloadable forms link under the Criminal section.

You may also pay by cash, check, money order, or Western Union.  Please make all tenders payable to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk.  Be sure to always include your Dallas County Felony Case Number on your payment.

For your convenience, we offer an after hours drop box located to the left side of the front doors (Industrial Blvd. entrance) to the Frank Crowley Courts Bldg.  Of course, you may always make payments in person during regular business hours at the Central Cashiers windows located in the main office of the District Clerk, 2nd floor, Frank Crowley Courts Bldg.

IMPORTANT

Payments to the Dallas County District Clerk are for Court Costs, Fines, and/or Court Appointed Attorney fees ONLY.

A transaction fee of $2.00 must be included in addition with each payment.

If you have been contacted by NCO, our outside collection agency, you MUST deal directly with their office for making payments.
