Filing Information

After Hours Filing
Regular business hours for the Civil/Family File Desk and the Process Section of the District Clerks Office, are 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. District Court Civil Pleadings can be filed after regular business hours using the "After Hours Kiosk" located in the George L. Emergency Filings
Emergency Filings will be accepted upon prior approval. For Emergency Filings not requiring filing fees, contact the Administration Section at (214) 653-7149 prior to 4:30 p.m. or the Civil/Family Operations Manager between 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at (214) 653-6807.
