Fax Filing Subscribers
In March 1993 the Supreme Court of Texas authorized the District Clerk to accept for filing via electronic transmission any document which might be filed in a court action except:

returns of service on issuances

signed orders or judgments.
Electronic filing enables customers to:

Save money on parking fees, gas, and delivery services

Improve productivity - staff can remain in office

Extend filing deadline - Fax 24 hours a day
To become a subscriber or for more information, contact the Electronic Filing Section of the District Clerk's Office at (214) 653-7789. In order to file cases in this manner you must become a subscriber to the District Clerk Electronic Filing System.
