eFiling Now Available in the District Clerk's Office
The District Clerk has formed a partnership with Texas Online to provide Electronic Filing services. The partnership provides the ability to file paper pleadings electronically with the District Clerk's Office. Initially, electronic filings will be printed and processed as if pleadings were received over the counter, but with an added benefit not available at the counter. Once the electronic pleading has been officially accepted, the file marked image is stored in the District Clerk Enterprise Content Management System. This capability will accommodate future expansion of the Digital Court Project and the long-term goal of a paper-on-demand judiciary.
