The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report includes all funds of the County completed according to V.T.C.A Local Government Code Title 4 Chapter 115.

The introductory section also includes a transmittal letter, the County's organizational chart, and a list of principal officials. The financial section includes the general-purpose financial statements and the combining and individual fund and account group financial statements and schedules in addition to the report of the independent auditors on the financial statements and schedules. The statistical section includes selected financial and demographic information, which is generally presented on a multiyear basis.

The County has received a Certificate of Achievement each fiscal year starting in 1981.  We believe our current report continues to conform to the Certificate of Achievement program reqiirement and we are submitting it to GFOA.
